How do I access my downloads?
Right after checkout you'll land on a confirmation page with your download links, and the same links are emailed to you. Keep that email; the links keep working.
I didn't receive my order. What should I do?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it's not there within 10 minutes, email support@mangostax.com with the email you used at checkout and we'll resend it.
What file formats are the products?
Most guides are PDF. Templates are Notion, Google Sheets or Excel. Every product page lists the exact formats under What's Included.
Do you offer lifetime access?
Yes. Every purchase includes lifetime access and free updates.
Can I use these products for commercial use?
You can use everything you learn and create with our products in your own business. You can't resell or redistribute the files themselves.
Can I use these for my business?
Absolutely. Most of our customers use them for their own business, freelance work or content.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, for products that haven't been downloaded yet. Because our products are digital, we can't refund files that have already been downloaded or accessed. See our refund policy for details.
