MangoStax offers digital products, including but not limited to templates, guides, prompt packs, workbooks, and other downloadable files (the "Products").

Because Products are digital, all sales are final once a file has been downloaded or accessed. Refunds are available for Products that have not been downloaded; see our Refund Policy for details.

All prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, which supports major cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize Lemon Squeezy to charge the applicable amount, including any applicable sales tax or VAT.

All content on MangoStax, including but not limited to product designs, graphics, text, logos, and branding, are the property of MangoStax and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission.

• Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing any Product or part of a Product
• Sharing download links or files with people who have not purchased them
• Claiming our Products or content as your own original work
• Using the Site in any way that violates applicable law
• Attempting to interfere with the security or operation of the Site

Our Products are provided "as is" for educational and informational purposes. We do not guarantee any specific income, business outcome, or result from using them. Results depend on your own effort, skills and circumstances. Nothing on the Site is legal, financial or professional advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MangoStax will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the Product in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MangoStax and its owners from any claims, damages or expenses arising from your use of the Site or Products, or your violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date will be revised. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or revoke a license if you violate these Terms, including by sharing or reselling Products.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MangoStax operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Purchases are also subject to the Lemon Squeezy terms of sale.
